during my stay, I loved how the hotel was just a few steps away from Bahnhofstrasse, perfect for some shopping, and I enjoyed relaxing at Platzspitz park, which was a lovely escape in the hustle of the city.

Great breakfast with cooked-to-order eggs. air conditioning just a fan during heatwave was disappointing.

The location is fantastic, right in the central district, making it easy to explore shops and restaurants nearby. My room, a Cozy Single Room, was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job. I loved the kettle provided for making tea and coffee. the room felt tiny—really challenging to fit even two medium-sized bags. The air conditioning was ineffective during warmer nights, which made it uncomfortable. The duvet was heavy for the climate, and I discovered lighter blankets were available, but only after seeking help at 3am. That was frustrating. Breakfast was decent, but it could use a few more hot options. the cooked-to-order eggs were nice but not enough variety overall. I spent three nights, so a longer stay could feel repetitive with the breakfast offerings. The staff were generally helpful, but I did miss some smiles at check-in. There's potential here, but some upgrades and better service could really enhance the guest experience.

The breakfast spread is a highlight, with options that include cooked-to-order eggs and a decent variety of items, though it could use a few more selections. The room decor is stylish and has a modern vibe, making the space feel inviting.
Air conditioning in the rooms is a bit of a letdown, as it struggles to keep things cool during warmer days, leading to discomfort. the lift is occasionally unpredictable, which could be a hassle if you're located on the higher floors. Street noise can intrude, especially from rooms facing Sihlstrasse, making it difficult to catch quality sleep at night. while the hotel is situated conveniently, it’s a bit of a trek to get to the old town, taking around 20 minutes on foot.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the central district, making it easy to explore nearby shopping spots and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and I loved the fresh continental breakfast with expertly prepared omelettes. the attentive staff went above and beyond when they helped retrieve my forgotten medicine and sent it to the airport for me.

great location with comfortable amenities
The location is unbeatable, just steps away from major shopping areas. The cozy double room was well-designed and had all the essentials, making it a pleasant stay. The fresh breakfast served a delightful range of options, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.
The room size felt a bit limited for the price.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in even at an early hour. Breakfast was a delightful European continental spread with plenty of options to choose from, making mornings enjoyable. The location was great, just a short stroll from the vibrant city center and main train station.
The air conditioning struggled a bit during warmer days, which could lead to a slightly uncomfortable stay on hot afternoons.

The room was cozy with a kettle, which is a nice touch in Swiss hotels, and the breakfast offered a variety of exotic fruits that made mornings delightful. I enjoyed relaxing in the beautifully landscaped garden areas and soaking up the peaceful vibe. Just a minor point—some breakfast items ran out but weren't replenished, yet it didn’t dampen my overall experience! 😊
